Carpark Repairs and Resurfacing at Hanley Road

This contract opportunity involves the repair and resurfacing of the Hanley Road carpark. Key tasks include resurfacing the rear exit after removing crocodile teeth, clearing vegetation, and replacing or resetting damaged kerbs throughout the site, including areas around lighting columns and the main carpark. A steel bollard will be removed and reinstalled with a new concrete foundation. Additionally, 73 damaged expansion kerbs in the rear section will be replaced with new kerb and tarmac finishes according to specifications. Other tasks include resurfacing around an inspection cover, cleaning all gully pots, and renewing defective footpath surfacing. A 5% contingency is included for any unforeseen work that may be required during the project.
