Security Services Contract

The contract is for security services, which include the following tasks: • Subscription for alarm response and monitoring services • Opening and closing rounds, including fire safety checks • Management of fire alarm systems • Keyholding and secure storage of keys, digital alarm response reporting, and window stickers • Optional alarm app. The alarm center services include: • Alarm center service provision, including schedule monitoring and service line subscription • Incoming and outgoing calls via the alarm center • Types of alerts: burglary, fire, and/or malfunction of the fire alarm system, sabotage, battery voltage control, power failure, registration of activations and deactivations. The initial contract period is four (4) years, with options for extension of 2 x 24 months (totaling 4 years). The total contract period is eight (8) years.
