Passenger Information System Project at Częstochowa Station

This contract involves the design and implementation of a new Central Dynamic Passenger Information System (CSDIP) and a Video Monitoring System (SMW) at Częstochowa Station, as part of the project to upgrade passenger service infrastructure at stations and stops. Key tasks include: 1) Creating necessary project documentation for construction work, equipment supply, installation, and system activation, including required infrastructure adaptations and obtaining all necessary approvals and permits. 2) Executing all necessary work based on the approved project documentation. 3) Supplying, installing, and activating components of the CSDIP and associated systems. 4) Supplying, installing, and activating video monitoring equipment. 5) Providing structural cabling for the CSDIP, SMW, and SSC systems. 6) Establishing a telecommunication access network with temporary LTE routers for CSDIP transmission. 7) Supplying and installing power supply equipment for the systems. 8) Offering warranty service for all system components. 9) Maintaining all installed elements during the warranty period. 10) Conducting necessary construction and adaptation work within passenger service facilities. 11) Using technical solutions compatible with the existing IP/MPLS telecommunication network. 12) Ensuring compliance with TSI PRM and Technical Standards. 13) Providing technical support for 36 months post-warranty for system maintenance.
