Truck Rental with Driver for Stenlille

Gas Storage Denmark A/S is seeking to procure crane, backing, and transportation services for the Stenlille Gas Storage facility and associated locations. This procurement will be for a period of 4 years from the signing of the framework agreement, with the possibility of two extensions of 24 months each. The expected value of the framework agreement is 6,500,000 DKK, with a maximum value of 13,000,000 DKK including extensions. The procurement is divided into the following lots: • Lot 1: Mobile Cranes - Expected revenue: 3,250,000 DKK (maximum value 6,500,000 DKK) • Lot 2: Truck Cranes - Expected revenue: 3,250,000 DKK (maximum value 6,500,000 DKK) Bids can be submitted for one or more lots, and bids for multiple lots must be independent of each other. The estimate is based on historical consumption data related to operational and project expenses, as well as forecasts for future renovations and potential projects. There is significant uncertainty associated with the estimated value of future projects at the Stenlille location, as these are directly influenced by external factors and are subject to rapid change and development. The consumption figures are only estimates and are therefore not binding for the buyer. The buyer has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement from the selected bidder, as per section 1.3 of the framework agreement.
