Waste Containers and Bins Supply in Bulgaria

This contract involves the supply of waste containers for organic waste in two specific categories: Category 1 includes the delivery of 476 mobile containers for organic waste with a capacity of 1.1 m³, type 'Bober' in brown color. Category 2 includes the delivery of 40 multi-lift containers for wood waste with a capacity of 5.5 m³ in green color. The containers must be branded with the logo of Lukovit Municipality, sequentially numbered, and have a designated slot for a tag. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering the containers upon request from the contracting authority and must provide warranty service for the supplied equipment, which will be used for the needs of Lukovit Municipality. The contracting authority reserves the right to order the delivery of the containers within one calendar year from the signing of the contract, either in full or in parts, based on the identified need for their placement in various locations within Lukovit Municipality. The quantities of waste containers mentioned are estimates, and the contracting authority may request a smaller quantity than estimated without being liable to the contractor for such a request.
