Road Repair and Maintenance Works in Craiova

The Municipality of Craiova is seeking to establish a framework agreement for road repair and maintenance works, including streets, alleys, sidewalks, and parking areas within the city. This procurement is essential to ensure safe and comfortable traffic conditions and to preserve the road infrastructure. The specific works required are detailed in the specifications document (no. 243928/17.07.2023). Estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the duration of the framework agreement, as well as for subsequent contracts, are provided in Annexes 1-4 of the specifications document. These quantities are estimates and may vary based on the needs of the contracting authority. Changes to the framework agreement or public procurement contract during its validity will be made in accordance with Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments. If changes are needed outside the conditions specified in Article 221, a new procurement procedure will be organized according to legal provisions. Deadlines for submitting requests for clarifications or additional information are as follows: A. Interested economic operators may request clarifications or additional information up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, as per Article 160 (1) of Law no. 98/2016. B. The contracting authority will provide a consolidated response to requests for clarifications or additional information 11 days before the offer submission deadline, provided that requests are submitted within the specified timeframe.
