Digital Services Platform for Alunis Commune

The Alunis Commune in Prahova County, Romania, is seeking to implement an integrated digital services platform aimed at optimizing local public administration processes for citizens. This project focuses on reducing user burdens (front-office) while simplifying and adapting support functions and processes (back-office). The goal is to develop and operationalize a modern, secure, and scalable digital platform that provides citizens with quick and transparent access to public services. It will also equip the administration with effective tools for document management, internal communication, and workflow processing. The solution will be modular and include interoperable components such as a public portal with electronic services, a document management system (DMS), digital registration functionalities, online appointments, complaint submissions, an integrated chatbot, voting mechanisms, public space reservations, and a robust technical infrastructure supported by compliant and fully secure data centers. Suppliers have 7 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to clarification requests 3 days before the offer submission deadline.
