Netherlands – Solar Panels – Supply and Installation of Solar Panels + Solar Energy Storage System

Stadlander has been asked by the Municipality of Bergen op Zoom to participate in a project aimed at combating energy poverty among residents, including tenants of Stadlander. The municipality aims to support these residents by installing solar panels and a solar energy storage system on several Stadlander-owned apartment buildings, funded by SPUK energy poverty subsidies granted by the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. This initiative will help reduce energy costs for tenants facing energy poverty. Stadlander, as the contracting authority, will conduct a European non-public tender for the supply and installation of solar panels and a solar energy storage system, in accordance with the amended Public Procurement Act. The goal is to enter into an agreement with one contractor, with a start date of May 21, 2025, and a completion deadline of October 31, 2026. The project must be executed without delays, and the contractor is required to provide a risk analysis to ensure compliance with the deadlines. The total budget for this project is set at €950,000 (excluding VAT).
