Guidance for Sustainability Processes in Apartment Associations

The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework agreement with one contractor to provide guidance for sustainability processes in apartment associations (VvE’s). The framework agreement will commence on October 1, 2025, with an initial duration of four years, ending on September 30, 2029. After the initial term, the contracting authority has the option to extend the agreement twice for one additional year each time, at their discretion. Approximately 3,000 apartments are organized into 300 apartment associations that will need support to participate in the energy transition. About 25% of these associations are located in designated exploratory neighborhoods, which have been prioritized for becoming natural gas-free or ready for natural gas-free status by 2035.
