Bulgaria – Maintenance and Repair Services for Parking Meters

This public procurement contract includes two main activities: Activity 1: Subscription-based service for the maintenance of 98 parking meters; Activity 2: Management of the specialized information system 'Parkfolio' for remote monitoring of 98 'Strada' type parking meters. At the time of signing this contract, the contracting authority has 98 parking meters and reserves the right to request additional services beyond the estimated quantities during the contract period, up to the maximum contract value. The conditions under which the contract will be executed, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are outlined in the draft contract, technical specifications, and the contractor's technical and financial proposals. The total value of the contract is equal to the estimated value of the procurement for 12 months, excluding VAT. The contract with the selected contractor will have a duration of 12 months. It is anticipated that the contract may be renewed once under the same conditions, including duration, scope, and total value, as specified in the draft contract, subject to the contracting authority's decision and availability of financial resources.
