Bulgaria – Air Conditioners – Delivery, Installation, Dismantling, and Warranty Maintenance of New Air Conditioning Systems and Heat Pump Unit for the Needs of Plovdiv Municipality and its Structural Units in Two Separate Lots

The subject of the public procurement is the "Delivery, installation, dismantling, and warranty maintenance of new air conditioning systems and heat pump unit for the needs of Plovdiv Municipality and its structural units in two separate lots: Lot 1: Delivery, installation, dismantling, and warranty maintenance of new air conditioning systems for the needs of Plovdiv Municipality and its structural units; Lot 2: Delivery, installation, dismantling, and warranty maintenance of a heat pump unit for the Plovdiv Municipal Council building." The subject of Lot 1 includes the delivery, installation, dismantling, and warranty maintenance of new air conditioning systems for the needs of Plovdiv Municipality and its structural units, as well as the preventive maintenance of the purchased air conditioning equipment during its warranty period, in accordance with the Technical Specification and the samples of the Technical and Price Proposal, which are an integral part of this Documentation. The types and estimated quantities of air conditioning systems to be delivered are: 1. Inverter air conditioning system - wall type 9000 BTU/h – 106 pcs. 2. Inverter air conditioning system - wall type 12000 BTU/h – 55 pcs. 3. Inverter air conditioning system - wall type 18000 BTU/h – 12 pcs. 4. Inverter air conditioning system - wall type 24000 BTU/h – 6 pcs. 5. Column type air conditioning system 24000 BTU/h – 2 pcs. 6. Column type air conditioning system 48000 BTU/h – 5 pcs. 7. Column type air conditioning system 60000 BTU/h – 3 pcs. According to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority will award Lot 2 according to the procedure valid for its individual estimated value, provided that the value of the lot does not exceed the maximum threshold for supplies under Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, and that its estimated value does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the procurement. In connection with the above, the Contracting Authority will directly award Lot 2, according to the procedure of Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act, applicable according to its individual estimated value. The subject of Lot 2 includes the delivery, installation, dismantling, and warranty maintenance of a heat pump unit for the Plovdiv Municipal Council building. The scope of Lot 2 includes: delivery of 1 heat pump unit with air-cooled water chiller (Cooling capacity (Qcool) ≥ 82 kW; Electrical power consumption during cooling ≤ 27.8 kW; Heating capacity (Qheat) ≥ 90 kW; Electrical power consumption during heating ≤ 28.1 kW; wired remote control) including circulation pump, pipes, fittings, insulation, protective cover, electrical panel for circulation pump; dismantling of the existing machine and reworking of the metal structure on the roof; inspection of the ventilation chamber and replacement of air filters in the ventilation chamber; warranty service. The total estimated value of Lot 2 is equal to the estimated value for the position for 12 months, including VAT, namely 55,395.00 BGN, representing 19% of the total estimated value of the procurement. The value of the contract for Lot 2 is equal to the estimated value including VAT for 12 months, namely 55,395.00 BGN including VAT.
