Brief
The contract involves the delivery of brand new, unused, and technically functional computer equipment along with software and a commitment to provide warranty repair services for the supplied equipment, specifically for educational institutions serviced by the City Office of Education Finance in Warsaw (MBFO). The procurement is divided into two parts: 1) Part 1 includes the delivery of 1,057 All-in-One desktop computers with software and warranty service, which consists of: a) 232 units of All-in-One desktop type I (subject to 23% VAT), b) 814 units of All-in-One desktop type I for educational purposes (subject to 0% VAT), c) 1 unit of All-in-One desktop type II for educational purposes (subject to 0% VAT), d) 10 units of All-in-One desktop type III for educational purposes (subject to 0% VAT). 2) Part 2 includes the delivery of 551 laptops with software and warranty service, which consists of: a) 537 units of laptop type I, b) 14 units of laptop type II, as detailed in the procurement description attached to the SWZ (procurement description) and the price form attached to the SWZ. The delivery for all parts will be carried out directly to the educational institutions serviced by the City Office of Education Finance in Warsaw, at the contractor's expense as specified in the contract. Partial offers for individual parts are allowed. The contractor can submit an offer for one selected part or the entire procurement, covering parts 1 and 2. Each part will be evaluated separately. The contractor is responsible for the overall execution of the order, including quality and compliance with technical and quality conditions specified for the procurement. A minimum 36-month warranty period is required for the delivered equipment, with warranty service located in Poland. The contractor bears all costs related to warranty obligations. The warranty repair must be performed by the manufacturer or an authorized service partner, with service locations in Poland. Drivers must have 5 years of support from the computer manufacturer. The contractor must provide a supported 64-bit operating system compatible with the software used by the contracting authority.
