This opportunity seeks a service provider to deliver an early mental health prevention and wellbeing program for primary school-aged children and their families. The service will equip school staff with the confidence, knowledge, and skills to deliver mental wellbeing sessions using evidence-based language and techniques as part of a comprehensive whole-school mental health approach. Key components include: (1) a structured professional development program for school staff covering mental health awareness, intervention techniques, and curriculum integration; (2) ongoing coaching and support to embed mental health practices throughout the school curriculum and daily operations; and (3) resources and guidance to sustain the approach beyond the initial training phase. The contract will commence on 4 January 2027 for an initial period of 3 years, with an optional 12-month extension. Suitable providers should have demonstrated expertise in school-based mental health interventions, staff training delivery, and whole-school implementation strategies.
