Security Services Contract for 24 Months

The contract is for security services and intervention for a duration of 24 months, starting from the date of signing. Subsequent contracts will be awarded annually or for any period covered by the available budget, depending on the needs of the contracting authority. The contract requires three permanent security posts, operating 24 hours a day, as follows: 1) A fixed security post at the main entrance of the hospital located on Erou Grigore N. street, covering an area of 19.8 square meters; 2) A security post in the main hall of the hospital and outpatient clinic on the ground floor; 3) A security post at the main entrance of the Recovery section located at V. Alecsandri street, no. 10. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is 1,839,600 RON (excluding VAT) calculated as 3 posts x 365 days x 24 hours x 2 years. Minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement and subsequent contracts are detailed in the specifications document. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications in a consolidated, clear, and complete manner on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
