Social Services Support at ANKER Schwaben Center in Augsburg

The ANKER Schwaben Center is used for the registration and processing of initial administrative procedures for newly arrived asylum seekers, as well as their accommodation for approximately three days. The contractor will be responsible for supporting the residents at the ANKER Schwaben Center (Aindlinger Straße 16, 86167 Augsburg) in accordance with the service specifications. Responsibilities include conflict resolution, providing information and activities for residents, ensuring compliance with house rules, coordinating appointments, and offering guidance.
