Customer Service for Maintenance Services

The maintenance services department is seeking a service provider to handle customer inquiries and feedback related to maintenance services. Inquiries can be received via phone or electronically. The service provider will answer maintenance-related calls, address inquiries during the call, or forward the information to an expert. The service provider will monitor electronic feedback systems, respond to feedback, or relay the information to an expert. The expert will provide a response to the service provider, who will then communicate the response to the customer. Services will be provided in Finnish, Swedish, and English. Customer service pertains to areas managed by the maintenance unit of the municipal development sector in Kirkkonummi. It does not include other customer services in Kirkkonummi, such as education or environmental protection. The maintenance unit's customer service is a demanding and extensive operation that requires expertise and an independent work approach. The work requires a professional customer service attitude. We aim to serve the residents of Kirkkonummi as effectively as possible, which means that customer service should be friendly, prompt, and provide as informative and comprehensive responses as possible.
