    Brief

    HUS is seeking bids for a rigid optical nasoscope tower system for examining the nose and sinuses. This equipment will be used in the ophthalmology clinic's oculoplastic unit, which treats the majority of patients in the HUS area suffering from tear duct diseases. The optical devices can also be used for routine nasal examinations in surgical patients at the ear clinic. This procurement is a total acquisition and has not been divided into parts. The competitive package includes the following components: camera system, monitor, light source, mobile transport cart, camera unit, camera head, and optics. The offered package must also include any separate devices related to image transfer. There is a provision for the purchase of three (3) optical devices between 2026 and 2028. Optional optical components may also be included in the devices to be procured. The contract period for device-related consumables is four (4) years, after which the contract may be extended indefinitely.
