Medical Devices Procurement

HUS is seeking bids for mechanical combination prostheses, coronary artery bypass grafts, and carbon dioxide tubing. The request is divided into three categories, and suppliers can submit bids for one or more categories. Detailed descriptions of the categories and the required products are provided in Appendix 1. The procurement also includes additional products related to the offered items, such as extra sizes and accessories, which are listed in Appendix 1. During the contract period, products that fall under the specified categories may also be procured, even if they are not detailed in the product appendix. The goal of this procurement is to ensure a sufficient selection of products to meet various patient needs, with reliable delivery and availability when needed. The contract will be valid for a fixed term of two (2) years, after which it will continue indefinitely. The products requested in this procurement will be used by HUS. Based on purchasing history at the time of publication, HUS estimates that the total anticipated procurement value for all categories over four (4) years is approximately 200,000 euros (excluding VAT). These are estimates, and the contracting authority is not committed to the stated amounts or consumption figures in the request. Final order quantities may be higher or lower than indicated. Some products are stock items, which will be utilized from a supplier-managed inventory located at the buyer's premises or delivered by the supplier during procedures. Products will be ordered through HUS's ordering system. The procurement subject and its requirements are described in detail in the request and its appendices.
