Engineering Services for Sports Hall Construction

The contract involves the preparation of comprehensive multi-discipline project documentation and cost estimates necessary for the City of Warsaw to award a construction contract for the building of a sports hall at Primary School No. 60 and XIX High School on Zbaraska Street in Warsaw. This includes all necessary connections, reconstruction of existing underground infrastructure (if required), site development, landscaping, access paths, driveways, road access, parking, and all other essential elements for the complete execution of the project. The project documentation must cover all conditions, agreements, permits, decisions, opinions, expertise, and necessary construction works, including basic and accompanying engineering works resulting from construction technology, technical knowledge, legal regulations, standards, and technical conditions for the execution and acceptance of construction works. The documentation should be based on the updated project documentation for the sports hall with sanitary facilities and classrooms at the school, which is held by the contracting authority. The contracting authority has a project from 2018 developed by the architectural firm Paweł Smoczyk. The existing documentation needs to be updated to obtain: 1. A decision on the location of the public investment, 2. Current connection conditions from utility providers, 3. Design of hidden spaces on the -1 level, 4. Compliance with current regulations, 5. Coordination of documentation with the Bureau of Architecture and Spatial Planning and the Bureau of Assistance and Social Projects of the City of Warsaw, 6. Consideration of the Warsaw Green Building Standard.
