Cleaning and Maintenance Services for Saimaan Vocational College

The South Karelia Education Consortium / Saimaan Vocational College Sampo is requesting proposals for the following procurement: Rental and maintenance services for mats and hand towel dispensers for Saimaan Vocational College Sampo. The procurement includes the rental of mats, maintenance, condition checks, transportation, and expert assistance for new mat service locations. One procurement contract will be awarded based on this competition. The estimated start date of the contract is December 1, 2025, and it will be valid until December 31, 2027, with an option for an additional two (2) years. The procurement includes mat and hand towel dispenser services for the locations listed in the request for proposals. The service will be provided as specified in the request for proposals. Currently, there are 130 mats in the mat service and a total of 285 devices related to hand hygiene services. The quantities and replacement intervals for mats and hand towel dispensers indicated in the pricing form (Appendix 2) are estimated for a one-year period. The reported product quantities are for proposal calculation support and are only indicative. The number of locations, their positions, and product volumes may change during the contract period, for example, when a location ceases operations or a new location is opened. The South Karelia Education Consortium is not committed to specific procurement quantities during the contract period.
