    Brief

    This is an invitation to participate in a limited procedure under a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of pharmaceutical products needed by the Specialized Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecology for Active Treatment Prof. Dr. Dimitar Stamatov - Varna EOOD. The focus is on Category 1: Non-narcotic pharmaceutical products, with a total of 187 specific products detailed in the technical specifications. Participants may submit offers for one or more product categories. Evaluation of participants will be conducted separately for each category. The quantities listed in the Technical Specifications are estimates and do not obligate the Buyer to purchase the forecasted amount. Actual execution of the public procurement will be based on the real delivery of pharmaceutical products within the financial resources available. Offered products must meet the requirements specified by the Buyer in the Technical Specifications. The Buyer is not obligated to request or purchase the entire forecasted quantity during the contract period. In this limited procedure, the Buyer will follow the procedure outlined in Article 33a of the Public Procurement Act, with technical and price proposals being opened simultaneously.
