Romania – Cleaning Services for the Romanian Auto Registry

This contract involves the procurement of cleaning services for the Romanian Auto Registry (R.A.R.) offices in Romania. The services will be funded from the Registry's own resources, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the tender documentation. Interested suppliers have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documents, with a deadline of 18 days before the submission deadline for offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification in a clear and comprehensive manner on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Requests for clarification received within 17 days of the submission deadline will not be answered, as they will be considered late. The framework agreement/contract may be modified during its validity as per the provisions of the law. The documentation includes minimum and maximum quantity estimates for the services required throughout the contract duration. These estimates are not exact quantities but rather projections that may vary based on the actual needs of the contracting authority. The buyer reserves the right to increase the estimated quantity by up to 10% for each service category. The price for any additional services will be based on the financial proposal submitted for the framework agreement, adjusted as necessary. The estimated value of the procedure will be expressed as a range, with the minimum representing the estimated value for evaluation purposes and the maximum including potential additional services. The maximum estimated value is 22,588,991.57 lei excluding VAT. Any modifications to the contract will be considered non-substantial as per the law.
