Romania - Advertising Services for the Red Lake Conservation Project

The SIRET Water Basin Administration intends to procure advertising and information services related to the investment project "Conservation Works for Red Lake, Harghita County" through the National Recovery and Resilience Program (PNRR). The specific objectives of the advertising and information contract include: 1. Creating a conducive framework for effective communication among the parties involved, in line with the principles, practices, and objectives of the European Union and national expertise in flood protection. 2. Raising awareness among project beneficiaries about the importance of flood prevention and control measures, and the damages caused by floods if the project is not implemented. 3. Informing the public about the project's significance, costs, benefits, and implementation status. 4. Ensuring transparency in the use of public funds (State Budget and European Union) in the context of the project funded by PNRR. 5. Disseminating informational and advertising materials to stakeholders. 6. Providing logistics to achieve the objectives (press releases and advertorials, event organization, appearances in written/audio-video media, media monitoring, promotional materials). The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The number of days in which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/applications is 20.
