Flood Risk Reduction Advertising Services

The SIRET Water Basin Administration is seeking advertising and information services for the investment project aimed at reducing flood risks on the Tazlau River through the rehabilitation of the Belci dam in Bacau County. This project is funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Program (PNRR). The specific objectives of the advertising and information contract include: 1. Establishing effective communication between all parties involved, in line with European Union principles and national expertise in flood protection. 2. Raising awareness among project beneficiaries about the importance of flood prevention measures and the potential damages if the project is not implemented. 3. Informing the public about the project's significance, costs, benefits, and implementation status. 4. Ensuring transparency in the use of public funds (State Budget and European Union) in the context of the project funded by PNRR. 5. Disseminating informational and advertising materials to stakeholders. 6. Providing logistics to achieve the objectives (press releases and advertorials, event organization, media appearances, media monitoring, promotional materials). The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Clarifications can be requested up to 20 days before the submission deadline.
