Germany – Accounting and Auditing Services for Taxation – BLB NRW BI / WE 1990 / University of Bielefeld / Modernization of the Main University Building (UHG) / Phase 3 / Auditor

The BLB NRW is renovating the University Main Building in Bielefeld (UHG) in a total of 6 construction phases. The third construction phase (3rd BA UHG) will be implemented using an innovative procurement and contract model of integrated project management. All project participants (both planners and construction companies) will jointly sign a so-called multi-party contract with the client. The following alliance partners are planned: 1. Structural Planner (AP 1) 2. Technical Planner for HVAC and Electrical (AP 2) 3. Planner and Construction Laboratory (AP 3) 4. Extended Structural Construction (AP 4) 5. Construction Expansion (AP 5) 6. Technical Construction HVAC (AP 6) 7. Technical Construction Electrical (AP 7) 8. Client BLB NRW. During the procurement process, bidders will be asked for price components. The auditor's task is to review these and, if necessary, correct them downwards. Regular and special audits will be conducted throughout the entire project duration (2025 - 2034): It will be checked whether the offered price components / billing rates correspond to the actual price components / billing rates incurred in the previous three completed business years of the respective contractor.
