Cleaning Services for Plzeň City Hall

This public procurement contract is for cleaning services for office and other spaces in accordance with the tender conditions. The contract includes the provision of cleaning services at the Plzeň City Hall locations: Pětatřicátníků 7, 9, and Divadelní 4 in Plzeň, covering a total floor area of approximately 4,245 m². Additionally, the contract requires machine cleaning of common areas (hallways, kitchens, vestibules, etc.) at the Pětatřicátníků 7, 9 and Divadelní 4 locations twice a year. The supplier must also provide hygiene supplies as needed. Participation in the tender is limited to suppliers employing at least 50% of their workforce in protected jobs for people with disabilities, as per employment law. This requirement must be documented in the bid, along with confirmation from the Czech Labor Office, based on the average number of employees in the quarter preceding the tender announcement. Each participant in a joint bid must independently prove compliance with these conditions.
