Construction Work for School Expansion

This public procurement contract involves the renovation and expansion of Pavilion C at the school located on Terezie Brzková Street in Plzeň. The expansion will include the creation of specialized classrooms, offices, and a multifunctional classroom/community center. The existing hall on the first floor will be removed and replaced with student changing rooms. Additionally, part of the area that previously housed a police station on the first floor will be removed and connected to the existing office, creating a new classroom and office space. Partial modifications to Pavilions A and B will also be necessary in connection with the expansion of Pavilion C. The construction is designed to be accessible for all users. The contract also includes the installation of an elevator, with elevator doors equipped with a school access card system.
