Brief

The project involves the development of detailed documentation for the third phase of the tram line in Olomouc, specifically along Schweitzerova Street. This phase will extend from the intersection of Voskovcova and Schweitzerova Streets to the intersection of Jižní and Schweitzerova Streets. The documentation will cover the tram line itself, necessary power supply, overhead lines, and a transformer station. It will also include integration with the street profile, ensuring the existing bike path is respected, designing stops with shelters, pedestrian pathways, a bus bay with a platform, a double-track terminal with switches, fencing, and driver facilities, as well as connections to necessary infrastructure. The project will address the relocation of an existing bus stop, new pedestrian crossings, necessary access points, public lighting, traffic signal systems, connections to the city's optical network, potential camera systems, stormwater drainage, street furniture, and an assessment of the construction's impact on emissions and negative effects. Additionally, the project will include an energy calculation for traction power to size the transformer station according to the requirements of the Olomouc Public Transport Company. The final tram line design will functionally connect to the already completed second phase of the tram line. The documentation will emphasize a balance between architectural quality and investment and operational costs. An authorized architect must be part of the project team. The contract also includes documentation for the construction of utility relocations as required by their managers. The contractor will base their work on existing documentation prepared for the zoning decision by MORAVIA CONSULT Olomouc a.s. in December 2017. The contractor must consider the investment plan for a parking facility proposed near the third phase of the tram line and respect the developed spatial study regarding connections to the planned road network.
