Brief

This public procurement contract involves the creation of project documentation for the renovation and modernization of the swimming stadium. The project will address the renovation of the swimming pool basin, including the repair of the pool structure, the construction of a new pool deck, built-in furniture, the reconstruction of the stands, revitalization of the diving tower, and complete replacement of the roof covering. Additionally, the project will include the replacement of pool technology, air conditioning in relation to heating, lighting to meet the requirements set by the sports association (including lighting calculations), electrical installations throughout the facility, and the design of an electronic system for tracking the movement of people and ensuring barrier-free access to the stands. A digital survey of the current state of the facility will also be part of the project. The design will address external access to the sauna area of the swimming stadium. The project documentation will be based on an architectural study of the internal layout adjustments for the revitalization of the swimming stadium in Olomouc, prepared by architect Jan Vrana in April 2022. The designer will consider the future installation of photovoltaic panels, including roof penetrations related to the placement of the electrical panel, the capacity of the panel, and the assessment of the roof's structural integrity. The client requires that the project documentation team includes a licensed architect. The designer will assess whether the construction can be realized with regard to financing in phases. More detailed specifications can be found in the procurement documentation.
