Medical Supplies for Pathology Laboratory

This procurement opportunity involves the purchase of materials and reagents for the Pathology Laboratory. Suppliers are invited to provide the specified items as detailed in Annex 1 of the Terms of Reference and in the quantities listed in Annex 2. According to Article 160, paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority has set a deadline for suppliers to request clarifications, which is 20 days before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the bid submission deadline. This timeline ensures that suppliers have adequate time to review the documentation and prepare their bids based on the responses provided. Clarification requests must be submitted in an editable format through SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature. The contracting authority is not obligated to respond to requests for clarification or additional information that are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
