    Brief

    This procurement opportunity is for the supply of reagents and consumables necessary for conducting electrophoresis, including the provision of an automatic capillary electrophoresis system and accessories. Suppliers are required to meet the minimum technical specifications outlined in Annex 1 and the quantities specified in Annex 2 of the tender documentation. Any requests for clarification must be submitted through the SEAP platform (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). According to Article 160, paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority has set a deadline for suppliers to request clarifications, which is 20 days before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the bid submission deadline. This timeline ensures that suppliers have adequate time to review the tender documentation and prepare their bids based on the responses provided. Clarification requests must be submitted in an editable format through SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature. The contracting authority is not obligated to respond to requests for clarification or additional information that are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
