Environmental Consulting Services – Ornithological Expertise for Project PZO3

This contract involves the development of ornithological expertise to create updated conservation task plans for Natura 2000 areas: Mietków Reservoir PLB020004, Izera Mountains PLB020009, Table Mountains PLB020006, and Odra Valley Forests PLB020002. Key tasks include: 1) Developing a fieldwork schedule and methodology for assessing conservation status, in agreement with the contracting authority; 2) Conducting field ornithological inventories across all phenological periods; 3) Evaluating the conservation status of the studied species; 4) Preparing inventory documentation, including observation cards detailing the actual and reference conservation status, existing and potential threats, conservation actions including monitoring, negative observation cards (if applicable), research summaries, spatial data in GIS format, and photographic documentation of the studied species; 5) Participating in up to two Local Cooperation Team meetings; 6) Preparing a request to amend the Standard Data Form (SDF) for the area along with a proposal for the revised SDF. The contract is divided into the following partial tasks: 1) Task N1 – Ornithological expertise for Natura 2000 area Mietków Reservoir PLB020004; 2) Task N2 – Ornithological expertise for Natura 2000 area Izera Mountains PLB020009; 3) Task N3 – Ornithological expertise for Natura 2000 area Table Mountains PLB020006; 4) Task N4 – Ornithological expertise for Natura 2000 area Odra Valley Forests PLB020002. A detailed description of the contract subject is included in Annex 1 of the specification. The contracting authority anticipates the need to transfer intellectual property rights to the completed work. Detailed contractual conditions are outlined in the draft agreements attached as Annexes 2a and 2b to the specification.
