Tree Cutting Services in Poland

This contract involves the removal of trees and shrubs, along with the resulting biomass, from a total area of 8.54 hectares located within Natura 2000 sites. The specific sites include Dobromierz, Góry Bialskie and Grupa Śnieżnika, Góry i Pogórze Kaczawskie, Masyw Chełmca, Ostoja nad Bobrem, Pasmo Krowiarki, Dolina Dolnej Kwisy, Góry Kamienne, Grodczyn and Homole near Duszniki, and Żwirownie in Stara Oleszna. The detailed description of the contract is provided in attachments 1 and 1a of the specification. The contracting authority anticipates the need to transfer intellectual property rights for the completed work. Detailed contractual conditions are outlined in the draft agreement, which is attachment 2 of the specification. The contracting authority specifies that certain tasks related to the execution of the contract must be performed by employees or subcontractors under an employment contract, as defined in Article 22 § 1 of the Labor Code.
