IT Management Support Services

Hochschule RheinMain is seeking support in managing its IT applications and systems used for administration and teaching organization. The institution has diverse requirements for these IT systems, but resources are limited. In the past, some IT applications have been developed independently of the existing IT architecture, while others have considered a broader view of multiple systems. Currently, there is a lack of a unified structure or IT-supported system for planning, coordinating, and implementing changes to individual IT applications, processes, or projects. This has led to isolated functional areas, resulting in suboptimal use of interfaces and resources. The goal is to establish a cohesive approach to IT management that enhances efficiency and effectiveness.
