Greece – Laser – Supply of Scientific Equipment

This is an open international tender for the selection of a contractor to supply equipment for the project "Subproject 1: PE1 Supply of instruments and equipment necessary for the implementation of the Research Strategic Plan of ELMEPA" as part of the "Excellence Strategy of the Greek Mediterranean University". The contract involves the procurement of instruments and equipment essential for the execution of the Research Strategic Plan of ELMEPA. The Greek Mediterranean University aims to improve the quality and quantity of undergraduate programs, enhance postgraduate programs and doctoral studies, strengthen digital education for students, boost research activities of faculty members and researchers, ensure accessibility for individuals with special needs, continuously upgrade digital systems, implement the Internal Quality Assurance Program, monitor and revise study programs, and support educators in acquiring suitable equipment to meet these institutional goals. The equipment sought includes modern, new, and unused items that comply with EU regulations, covering areas such as AI, machine learning, deep learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, fintech, and healthcare. The total estimated value of the contract is €531,922, excluding VAT. The contract includes transportation, installation, and full operational setup of the equipment, along with user training lasting at least two days. The contract duration is up to four months from the signing date, including installation and training. The delivery and acceptance of items must occur within 15 days after installation and training. Interested suppliers may visit the installation site to understand potential challenges. By submitting a bid, suppliers accept all terms of the tender and acknowledge their awareness of the installation locations. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer.
