Greece – Telecommunications Equipment – Supply of Scientific Equipment (Sections 1-13)

This is an open international tender for the selection of a contractor to supply equipment as part of the project "Subproject 1: PE1 Supply of instruments and equipment necessary for the implementation of the Research Strategic Plan of ELMEP" of the project "Excellence Strategy of the Hellenic Mediterranean University". The contract involves the procurement of instruments and equipment essential for the implementation of the Research Strategic Plan of ELMEP. The Hellenic Mediterranean University aims to improve the quality and quantity of undergraduate programs, enhance postgraduate programs and doctoral studies, strengthen digital education for students, boost research activities of faculty and researchers, ensure accessibility for individuals with special needs, continuously upgrade digital systems, implement the Internal Quality Assurance Program, monitor and revise study programs, and support educators in their teaching. The procurement will include modern equipment supporting research excellence in areas such as AI, machine learning, deep learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, fintech, and healthcare. All items must comply with EU regulations and be new, unused, and owned by ELMEP. Bids can be submitted for one or more sections, but alternative bids will not be accepted. The total estimated value of the contract is €3,125,915.00 excluding VAT. The contract duration is up to eight months from the signing date, including installation and user training.
