Construction of a New Kindergarten in Jablonec nad Nisou

This public procurement contract involves the construction of a new kindergarten, which includes the installation of an elevator and a photovoltaic system, with maintenance services provided for 60 months. The project encompasses site preparation, including landscaping, a garden shed, a gazebo, a northern retaining wall along Rybářská Street, paved areas, fencing, and a structure made of expanded metal at the southern retaining wall. Additionally, it includes the connection to the sewage system, modifications to Rybářská Street with tree and lawn planting, connections between Rybářská and U Přehrady streets, adjustments to public lighting, water supply connections, a grease separator, and modifications to both high and low voltage connections.
