IT Services for Virtual Career Town Project

This contract involves the comprehensive design, implementation, and maintenance of the Lubusz Virtual Career Town software. The project aims to establish a system for coordinating and monitoring regional actions related to vocational education, higher education, and lifelong learning, including adult education. The contractor will follow the project definition guidelines, general concept, and technical-functional specifications outlined in the contract documents. If any functional definitions are missing, they must be developed according to the guidelines provided by the contracting authority's specialists. The scope of the contract is detailed in Annex 2 of the contract documents. The contracting authority expects weekly meetings with the project team at their office located at ul. Chopina 15 A, 65-031 Zielona Góra. The contractor's team must be available throughout the contract duration and must include at least: a project manager, a systems analyst or engineer, two senior programmers, a full-stack developer, a front-end developer, a cybersecurity specialist, and a testing specialist. The contracting authority does not require the submission of specific evidence with the offer. Information about the required evidence can be found in sections 8 and 9 of the contract documents.
