Procurement of Vehicles for Waste Management

This contract involves the purchase of two N3 category commercial vehicles through a sales agreement. The procurement includes: - 1 new, two-axle combined sewer cleaning vehicle classified as N3, - 1 new sewage suction vehicle classified as N3 with a minimum tank capacity of 7.5 m3 (19t – 4X2). Only new vehicles are eligible for this contract. A new vehicle is defined as one that has not been registered in Hungary or abroad and has a maximum mileage of 1000 kilometers at the time of delivery to the buyer. Bidders must comply with the applicable legal regulations, valid technical standards, and relevant European community directives and regulations during the bidding process and contract execution. The vehicles must meet the technical requirements for the registration and maintenance of road vehicles as specified in the 6/1990. (IV.12.) KöHÉM regulation.
