Rail Vehicle Maintenance Services in Poland

This contract involves the maintenance and repair of four electric multiple units (EMUs) of the EN64 series, specifically models EN64-004, EN64-006, EN64-007, and EN64-008. The selected contractor will perform a Level 4 maintenance check (P4) according to the specified guidelines. Additional work beyond the standard maintenance scope may be identified during the P4 checks, and optional tasks can be executed under the Right of Option as outlined in the contract. The contractor is also responsible for preparing technical documentation for the vehicles, including updates to existing documents and providing the buyer with licenses for the created documentation. Site visits for potential contractors will be organized from August 6 to August 15, 2025, at the PTE Kraków facility, and participation can be arranged through the buyer's procurement platform or via email. Contractors will bear the costs associated with the site visit.
