Banking Services for Tax Payments in Romania

The estimated commission for total payments is 42,000 lei per month, excluding VAT, amounting to 1,512,000 lei excluding VAT over 36 months. The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is 42,000 lei, excluding VAT, for 16,900 transactions, while the maximum is 1,512,000 lei, excluding VAT, for 36 months and 608,400 transactions. The minimum value for subsequent contracts is 42,000 lei, excluding VAT, for 16,900 transactions, and the maximum is 504,000 lei, excluding VAT, for 12 months and 202,800 transactions. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests within 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications 15 days before the submission deadline. Compliance with Articles 160 and 161 (1) of Law 98/2016, along with Article 27 of HG 395/2016, is required.
