Banking Services for Tax Payments in Romania

This contract involves a framework agreement for banking services that facilitate the acceptance of tax payments, contributions, and other amounts due to the consolidated general budget. Payments will be made using payment cards through POS terminals at the State Treasury counters for the Regional Directorate of Public Finance in Iași. The estimated value of the framework agreement is as follows: minimum - 30,000 lei (excluding VAT) for 33,000 transactions; maximum - 720,000 lei (excluding VAT) for 792,000 transactions. The value of the subsequent contract is: minimum - 30,000 lei (excluding VAT) for 1 month and 33,000 transactions; maximum - 360,000 lei (excluding VAT) for 12 months and 396,000 transactions. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Compliance with Article 160 of Law 98/2016 and Article 27 of HG 395/2016 is required.
