    Brief

    This procurement contract involves the following: 1. Delivery of 40 licenses for ArcGIS Desktop Standard software. The software must be the latest version at the time of delivery and include three years of manufacturer support. License type: permanent. 2. Delivery of 40 licenses for the ArcGIS Spatial Analyst extension for ArcGIS. The software must be the latest version at the time of delivery and include three years of manufacturer support. License type: permanent. Minimum requirements for manufacturer support for the delivered GIS software include: • The support must cover the following minimum scope: o Provision of rights to use the latest versions of the software products, along with necessary documentation describing new features and/or changes in the new versions. The contractor must notify users of the software products of each new version within 10 working days of its announcement by the manufacturer. o Bug fixes in the software products; o Provision of access to information about identified and resolved bugs in the software products; o Provision of patches to resolve specific issues. • The contractor is obliged to deliver the licenses for the software products mentioned in points 1 and 2 and to ensure manufacturer support for them for a period of three years; • The contractor will carry out the delivery and support activities for the software products at their own expense, including labor, unlimited man-hours during the support period, transportation costs, duties, fees, and travel expenses for their employees if necessary. Minimum requirements for services provided by the contractor during the manufacturer support period include: • The contractor is obliged to provide a help desk/service desk system to manage all requests for installation/reinstallation/updates of the software products and requests for resolving incidents and problems for users of the software products. The system must support at least the following access channels for service requests: Email, Phone, Web portal (Self-Service Web Portal). • The contractor is obliged to perform installation and/or reinstallation and/or updates of the software products within 10 working days after receiving a request for installation/reinstallation/update of the software product covered by this procurement contract. o Requests for installation/reinstallation/update of a software product are submitted through the access channels for service requests via the contractor's help desk/service desk system, as follows: - Initial installation of a software product at the user’s workplace(s) after acceptance of the delivery; - Reinstallation of a software product at the user’s workplace(s) after the initial installation; - Installation of a new version (update) of a software product at the user’s workplace(s). o Installation/reinstallation/update activities are carried out remotely, through remote access to the respective workplace, and when this is objectively impossible, on-site at the administrative bodies using the software products; o The contractor is obliged to confirm receipt of the request for installation/reinstallation/update of a software product within 8 working hours via email or through their help desk/service desk system and to initiate the procedure for its execution. • The contractor is obliged to perform technical maintenance of the delivered GIS software.
