Laboratory Reagents Supply for Immunology Testing

This contract involves the supply and implementation of an automatic analyzer for serological tests using column microtest methods, along with the ongoing delivery of serological reagents, cassettes/microcards, blood cells, and consumables, as well as the leasing of accompanying equipment. The offered analyzer must have a positive opinion from IHiT in Warsaw or alternatively from RCKiK in Warsaw regarding the proposed method. All delivered products must have labeling, user instructions, product descriptions, and labels (original) prepared in Polish. The offered items must be brand new, approved for sale in the EU, complete, and free from technical and legal defects, and must include the manufacturer's name and necessary markings required by regulations (CE). Additionally, both the items and their original packaging must contain any other markings required by current regulations, if applicable. Delivery to the specified location includes carrying, assembly, installation (connection), and all other costs associated with fulfilling the contract according to the buyer's requirements. During the contract period, the equipment must be covered by a full warranty. All repairs during the warranty period will be at the contractor's expense, which includes: a) travel or transport costs of the device to and from the service, b) labor costs, c) costs of spare parts. The time for warranty repairs from the moment of notification cannot exceed the timeframe specified in the contract template. The buyer allows for an optional site visit to enable contractors to familiarize themselves with the specifics of the contract location and the technical, organizational, and infrastructural conditions. Participation in the site visit is not a condition for participation in the procedure and does not affect the evaluation of offers. Lack of participation in the site visit will not result in the rejection of the offer or exclusion of the contractor from the procedure.
