Medical Equipment Purchase for Surgical Rooms

The buyer, Szpital Praski p.w. Przemienienia Pańskiego Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, is seeking suppliers for the procurement of medical equipment. This includes laparoscopic tool sets, ultrasound machines, arthroscopy tower equipment, and orthopedic surgical drives and accessories. Suppliers may submit offers for one or all parts of the contract. Detailed descriptions of the required items are provided in the attachments to the procurement documents. Deliveries must be made using appropriate transport methods and secured during transit. All delivered products must have labels, user instructions, and product descriptions in Polish. The items must be brand new, compliant with EU regulations, complete, and free from technical and legal defects. They must also include the manufacturer's name and necessary markings as required by law (CE). Additionally, the supplier is responsible for training the buyer's personnel on the operation and maintenance of the equipment, with training confirmed in a handover protocol.
