Construction and Technical Consulting for New Swimming Hall in Alzey

The city of Alzey is undertaking a project to replace the existing swimming hall and functional building at the Alzey outdoor pool, as part of the federal program for the renovation of municipal facilities in sports, youth, and culture. This initiative was prompted by the dilapidated teaching swimming pool at Albert-Schweitzer Elementary School, which has been closed for years due to significant structural issues. The project includes the demolition of the current functional building at the outdoor pool (Wartbergbad) and the construction of a new swimming hall with a teaching pool. The new building will be located on the site of the existing main building of the outdoor pool, with flexibility in the design and layout to be developed in collaboration with the planning team.
