Long-Term Loan Services in Poland

This contract involves providing a long-term loan of 2,500,000 PLN to the contracting authority, Gmina Wydminy. The loan will be available from September 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with no commission or fees for activation. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the loan amount without incurring additional costs. Early repayment of the loan is allowed without extra charges, with interest calculated only up to the repayment date. Any changes to the repayment schedule will be communicated in writing. The repayment period is from December 31, 2029, to December 31, 2036, with quarterly interest payments starting from the next quarter after the loan disbursement. The lender will not charge interest on unused loan amounts. The bank may provide preliminary notifications via email seven days before interest payment dates. If a payment date falls on a non-working day, the borrower will make the payment on the next working day. Interest will be paid on the decreasing debt during the repayment period.
