Cleaning Services for Temporary Office of BGK in Warsaw

The contract involves providing cleaning services for the temporary office of the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego located at Al. Jerozolimskie 81, Warsaw. The detailed requirements, conditions, quantities, deadlines, payments, pricing form, etc., are specified in the Terms of Reference (OPZ) and the Draft Contract Provisions (PPU). The contract is divided into a basic order and an optional order: 1) The basic order includes cleaning services for a total office area of 3,662 m2, as per the requirements in the OPZ (Annex 1 to the SWZ); 2) The optional order allows for additional services at the same location, including: a) up to 200 working hours (Option I), b) cleaning additional areas up to 600 m2 during the contract period (Option II), c) extending the contract for up to 24 additional months (Option III). The option is at the discretion of the buyer, who may choose to exercise it in full or in part. If the buyer does not exercise the option, the contractor will not be entitled to additional compensation or claims.
