Construction Supervision Services for Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego Project

This contract involves providing construction supervision services as a substitute investor for the project titled 'Comprehensive execution of construction and installation works in the building of the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego at Aleje Jerozolimskie 7 in Warsaw.' The construction and installation works began in 2022 and are still ongoing. The previous contractor's public procurement contract was terminated in 2025, and the supervision is currently being handled by another entity during the transition period. The selected contractor will be responsible for continuing the supervision and managing the investment comprehensively. The investment is based on project documentation developed by JEMS ARCHITEKCI Sp. z o.o., which is currently providing author supervision.
