Outsourced General Neurology Services for Barking, Havering & Redbridge University Hospital NHS Trust

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Direct Award contract for outsourced neurology services to Barking, Havering & Redbridge University Hospital NHS Trust (BHRUT). The selected provider, Health Now Ltd, will deliver general neurology services to approximately 100 patients from 18 September 2026 to 31 March 2027, with a contract value of £66,000. The provider will manage the complete patient pathway including outpatient appointments, diagnostics (excluding DaT scans), treatment, and follow-up care before discharge back to the patient's GP or referring clinician. Long-term neurological cases (such as Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, or Parkinson's) will be discharged with recommendations for expedited re-referral to BHRUT. The provider must ensure secure management of all patient information and clinical records, with timely discharge summaries sent to referring clinicians. This contract is awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 and is exempt from Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023.
